About the role
As Head of Finance – APAC, you act as the strategic financial partner to the Regional Head, sharing accountability for P&L, balance sheet, working capital, and cash flow delivery. You integrate financial controlling, FP&A, business partnering, and people leadership to support decision-making, optimize performance, and drive business growth across the region.
What you will do
Collaborate with APAC leadership to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
Analyze variances, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize sales and service efficiency
Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and reporting across APAC legal entities
Implement strong internal controls, process harmonization, digitalization, and automation
