About the Role:

An exciting opportunity to join a leading financial services organisation as a Head of Engineering and help shape the engineering standards, capability, and delivery performance across exciting, business-critical products.

This is a senior leadership role with visibility across the technology organisation, responsible for driving engineering excellence, uplifting team capability, and ensuring strong execution across multi-disciplinary squads.
