Head of Discipline

Overview

The Head of Discipline holds a leadership role and works in collaboration with all teachers/educators to ensure a positive, safe and respectful school environment.

Responsibilities

• Policy Development and Implementation: Collaborate closely with the Principals to develop, formulate, refine and update student discipline policies, ensuring alignment with school values and organizational regulations.
• Ensure all students adhere to the code of conduct.
• Student Behaviour Management: Collaborate closely with teachers to monitor student behaviour, addressing misconduct, bullying, and other disciplinary concerns.
• Implement a fair and transparent disciplinary system with appropriate consequences.
• Conflict Resolution and Mediation: Act as a mediator between students, teachers, and parents to resolve behavioural conflicts.
• Organize counseling sessions for students facing behavioural challenges.
