The role

This is a founding role. You’ll own design horizontally — across every client engagement, every product, every visual touchpoint Katapult produces. You’ll set the standard, build the systems, and do a meaningful amount of the work yourself.

You’ll work directly with Katapult’s founders and leadership team, embedded in client projects where design is a competitive differentiator. The scope spans product design, brand, and the creative direction of what our clients put into the world.

• Design practice — Define what great design looks like at Katapult. Establish the principles, processes, and quality bar that apply across every engagement.
