Head Of Data

At ONE ZERO, Israel’s first fully digital bank, we’re building the technology that powers a new era of intuitive, transparent, people-first banking. We’re looking for a Head of Data to lead our data strategy, data platforms, and ML initiatives. In this role, you’ll define the data vision, scale the team, and drive execution of high-impact data solutions that power our business and product decisions.

• Define and own the company-wide data strategy across engineering, product, and business domains.
• Lead data engineering, data platform, and ML execution—building scalable infrastructure and tooling.
• Design and implement data pipelines (batch and streaming) and ensure cloud-native reliability and quality.
