Position Summary

Flexii is a rapidly scaling workforce-matching and on-demand staffing platform operating across Singapore, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. This role is responsible for leading corporate functions including fundraising, legal and tax coordination, group accounting governance, and mid-to-long-term business planning.

As a core member of the leadership team, the Head of Corporate partners closely with senior management to drive corporate actions, overseas expansion (including joint ventures), and the design of group-wide rules and processes. The role spans project management of JV setup, coordination with external advisors (legal, tax, auditors), in-house legal checks, and execution of equity and debt fundraising.
