As our Head of Commission Strategy, you will drive the commission and take-rate strategy across 17 markets, shaping how restaurant partners engage, grow, and succeed on our platforms. This role is pivotal in balancing commercial performance with long-term partner health, ensuring best-in-class governance, scalable pricing frameworks, and seamless cross-functional execution.
What you will do
Drive commission revenues across 17 markets in Delivery Hero.
Design, champion, and own the end-to-end commission and take-rate strategy for the food vertical. This includes defining floors, ceilings, tiers, and dynamic commission structures that optimize restaurant acquisition, engagement, and long-term profitability.
Establish best-in-class governance frameworks and robust project management methodologies for the change management and deployment of all commercial policies across the 17-market cluster....
