The Core Mission of the Role

• Pre-sales Excellence: Lead a team of Application Engineers to turn client requirements into validated 3D designs and technical proposals
• After-sales Accountability: Oversee the transition from ordered to operating, ensuring the successful deployment, commissioning, and long-term technical health of client systems across EMEA
