I am working with a leading construction/asset management business looking for a Head of Capex to join the London team in a global role.
Your new role
As Head of Capex, you will take ownership of thepany’s capital investment portfolio, ensuring that all major projects are effectively prioritised, justified and executed.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing the multi‑year capital investment strategy, aligned tomercial growth and asset lifecycle priorities
Leading the annual capex planning process, including scenario modelling and portfolio optimisation
Managingernance across all investment activity, ensuring clear processes, approval discipline and financial transparency
Evaluating business cases for fleet acquisition, refurbishment programmes, depot upgrades and technology improvements
