A fast-growing crypto exchange is hiring a Head of BD – KOL Partnerships to build and scale its global influencer, affiliate, and community growth engine.

This is a foundational leadership role . You will own the KOL channel end-to-end and turn influence into measurable user growth and trading volume .

What you’ll own

• Build and execute the global KOL and affiliate strategy
• Recruit, structure, and manage top-tier crypto KOLs across X, Telegram, YouTube, TikTok, Discord
• Design performance-driven incentive models tied to volume, referrals, and ROI
• Lead negotiations, contracts, and long-term partnerships
• Work closely with Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Compliance
• Hire and scale a KOL / Partnerships team as the channel grows
