Expleo Engineering are seeking a Head of Audit to support the improvement of the vehicle auditing, the management of systems working towards a zero repeat issue culture. This will be a permanent role based at our clients site in South Wales.

Responsibilities

• Improving all areas of operations including quality, inspection, standardised work, cost and people development.
• Running an efficient complete vehicle audit process (static and dynamic) holding problem owners to account for the robust closure of issues found to ensure zero repeat issues.
• Managing Audit feedback sessions with all responsible areas of the business.
• Motivating, support, and lead the team through coaching and mentoring.
