Job description

Role Summary:
This is a mid-senior level position responsible for managing and evolving the company’s application
landscape. The individual will oversee the upkeep of existing systems (including LOS, LMS), develop
small in-house applications, and act as the internal project manager for all IT software development
initiatives involving external vendors. The role is closely integrated with Business, Product, and
Operations teams, and provides a clear path to a future CTO role.
Key Responsibilities:
 Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot existing core applications (LOS/LMS/CRM/Accounting).
 Develop small-scale in-house software utilities/tools to address internal process needs.
 Lead and coordinate software development projects outsourced to external vendors.
