Role
The GBS/GCC leader will define and execute the strategic roadmap for Global Business Services, transforming shared services from a cost center to a value creation engine for the enterprise. This role ensures operational excellence, drives digital transformation in FAO and HRO, and builds strong partnerships with global business leaders to align the center's capabilities with overall business objectives.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute the GBS/GCC vision, HRO strategy, and operating models to align with global business objectives.
Lead and manage a team of 300-500 employees, fostering an engaged, skilled, and motivated workforce.
Drive automation initiatives, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and digitization, to streamline Finance processes such as OTC, AP, RTR, and FP&A.
Implement continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean and Six Sigma, to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
