About the client Our client is one of the leading VCs in Vietnam Overview This person becomes the anchor for financial planning, reporting, compliance, and strategic decision support. They'll work closely with senior leadership to keep the organisation financially healthy and ready for scale. Responsibilities Own month-end and quarter-end closing, management reporting, and financial analysis. Build and maintain the annual budget, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial models. Strengthen internal controls, governance, and financial policies. Manage cash flow, working capital, and overall treasury planning. Partner with business heads to support pricing, cost management, and investment decisions. Oversee tax compliance, audits, and regulatory filings with external partners.
