Head, Engineer

The Head of Engineering is accountable for the successful execution of all site construction and roll‑out activities, including new builds, upgrades, and site modifications. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the role provides strategic and operational leadership to ensure sites are delivered safely, on time, within approved scope, and in full compliance with quality, regulatory, and permitting requirements. The position oversees contractors and delivery partners, manages construction risks, enforces HSE and quality standards, and ensures consistent roll‑out performance aligned with business objectives and customer commitments.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, Electrical, or related field)
• Professional or project management certification is an advantage
• 12–15 years of experience in telecom infrastructure, construction, or tower development
