Key Responsibilities

  • Create and execute a fine-dining menu aligned with the restaurant's concept and budget
  • Prepare, cook, and plate dishes to high presentation and quality standards
  • Lead and supervise kitchen staff; train team members on techniques and standards
  • Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation
  • Manage food costs, inventory, supplier ordering, and waste control
  • Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation in compliance with DOH and local regulations
