We are currently looking for a passionate Head Chef.
As part of our team, your role is to ensure that our guests enjoy an exquisite culinary experience every day.
- Coaches and counsels team members to reflect the department’s cooking standards and procedures.
- Ensuring the correct set up, handover, and breakdown of the kitchen.
- Accountable for short and long-term planning of the department’s needs.
- Comply with company, HACCP, and other legislative regulations.
