£41,000 per annum + excellent bonus and benefits package
40 hours per week – 5 days a week

What you'll do
- Lead and inspire a high‑performing kitchen team across racedays and non‑raceday events
- Deliver exceptional food experiences across hospitality suites, conferencing, events and catering outlets
- Drive menu innovation and develop exciting seasonal food concepts
- Ensure all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards, consistently and efficiently
- Manage kitchen operations across multiple outlets and simultaneous events
- Support tastings, client meetings and hospitality planning
