We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Head Chef with this award-winning dining destination in Co Wicklow serving beautifully executed gastrofare with a creative twist. Open for lunch and dinner five days a week (closed Mon and Tue) with a function suite on site as well, this stylish gastropub is a very popular local destination.
The Head Chef will lead a large team and be responsible for the successful and profitable overall operation of the kitchen, ensuring excellent food and great customer experiences.
The ideal candidate will have at least five years’ experience as Head Chef of a large restaurant and bar destination with a proven track record of achieving financial targets.
