Head Barista

We are looking for an experienced and customer‑focused Senior Barista to lead the day‑to‑day operations of our specialty café, located within our Recruitment Hub. This role is ideal for someone with a genuine passion for third‑wave coffee, hospitality, and creating memorable experiences for candidates, clients, and team members visiting our office.

Café Operations

• Prepare and serve premium espresso‑based beverages and other café offerings to specialty coffee standards.
• Manage daily opening and closing procedures.
• Oversee cash handling, POS operations, and end‑of‑day cash reconciliation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting café environment at all times.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace health and safety standards.

Team Leadership

• Train, coach, and supervise junior baristas and café staff.
