- Recipe development and testing will be part of the creative toolkit—collaborate with the team to refine and innovate, all in pursuit of that perfect crumb.

- Prepare a production schedule that aligns with Bread standard requirements—because precision is the secret ingredient.
- Oversee the production of orders from direct clients, ensuring every bake gets the love it deserves.
- Make sure the production schedule is clear, accessible, and circulating efficiently
- Order supplies in tune with the needs of the business and the limits of our storage.
