We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head Baker to lead our state-of-the-art artisan bakery in Bowen Hills - Milano Bakehouse.

Specializing in traditional and modern French baking, including sourdough, baguettes, fat-enriched breads, and viennoiserie, you will play a key role in establishing and maintaining the highest standards of production.
