About the Role
Role: HCI Administrator
Location: Chennai
Experience: 7-12 years
- 6-10 years of experience in enterprise infrastructure operations , with 3+ years hands on on VMware vSphere & vSAN .
- Strong expertise in vSAN (ESA/OSA) , SPBM policies, resync operations, and performance tuning.
- Hands on experience with Skyline Health, Aria Operations (vROps), vSphere HA/DRS .
- Knowledge of fault domains, stretched clusters, witness architecture , and resiliency models.
- Experience with vSAN encryption (data at rest / in transit), KMS / Native Key Provider / TPM.
- Working knowledge of vSphere Lifecycle Manager (vLCM) , firmware, drivers, and HCL compliance.
- Strong ITSM knowledge covering Incident, Problem, and Change Management .
- Ability to mentor L1/L2 engineers and maintain operational runbooks.
