Job Description
The Validation Engineer will play a crucial role in supporting aggressive power conversion validation programs by executing hardware validation testing in the EPIC Lab (Engine Paralleling and Integration Control). This role is highly hands-on and safety-critical, focused on ensuring high-quality data, disciplined execution, and adherence to lab safety protocols.
Responsibilities
+ Execute hardware validation tests for power conversion systems in a high-power lab environment.
+ Own assigned validation test plans and schedules.
+ Prepare and submit detailed lab test requests including power levels, voltage, instrumentation, and environmental needs.
+ Configure test setups, request and verify instrumentation, and ensure calibration compliance.
