Major Accountabilities:
Environmental Test Chambers-Ensuring utilization.Co-ordinating calibration and service of electrical / electronic test / measuring equipmentCommunicating with product design team and customer regarding validation test aspects.Deriving test plans based on product specifications and international standardsMaking test set-up for electrical and electronic device products (like automotive fuse boxes, PDUs, RF wireless devices, connectors etc.)Execute validation tests ( DV & PV)of new products during developmentExpertise in using various instruments - oscilloscope, LLCR, DMM, LabView , different power sources like electronic loads, AC / DC power supplies etc.Evaluate test results and perform analysisTear down/Failure analysis of components in case of deviation from specificationMaintain NABL standard in the Lab.
