• Layout multilayer printed circuit boards while meeting established design rules, methodology and quality standards of the Hardware Development process using Cadence Allegro tools.
• Apply electronic circuit knowledge, specific layout requirements and Design for Manufacturability (DFM) standards to board layout and identifying basic design errors.
• Collaborate with mechanical engineers to define and verify board outline, mounting holes, keep-out areas and height constraints
• Collaborate with electrical engineers to define project scheduling, parts placement, trace routing and power distribution requirements.
