What you’ll do:

• Reporting to the HABS Commodity Manager, the Hardware Manager is responsible for providing an exceptional level of customer service and maintaining a safe and efficient operation while adhering to all company policies, procedures, and standards, including meeting established productivity standards.
• To oversee adherence to brand and merchandising standards, image standards, safety, and asset protection within the Hardware Department.
• To be responsible in preparing, administering, and achieving budgeted goals as it relates to the pricing, sales, margins, expenses, and inventory of the commodity.
