Hardware Engineer

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Hardware Engineer to support the design and development of Fixed Access broadband products, including ONT and Residential Gateway devices. The role requires strong end-to-end hardware development expertise, from concept design through product launch, with a focus on performance, cost optimization, and product reliability.
The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional global teams, suppliers, and manufacturing partners to deliver high-quality hardware solutions in fast-paced time-to-market environments.
Key Responsibilities
Hardware Design & Development
Design and develop Fixed Access product hardware including ONT and Residential Gateway platforms.
Manage full hardware product lifecycle from concept, development, validation, and production release.
Perform digital circuit and system-level hardware design.
