Hardware Engineer

Job Description:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience
• Experience in Fixed Access Product Hardware Design, with proven end-to-end delivery in time-to-market environments. Solid understanding of the full product lifecycle
• and hardware development processes is essential.
• Familiarity with GPON/EPON technologies and hands-on experience with Digital Circuit systems design with better OLT background.
• Experience in cost-optimized hardware design and component selection, with the ability to leverage local low-cost ecosystems.
• Good understanding for system thermal design and improvement.
• Direct involvement in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for both manufacturing and field-level product issues.
• Experience collaborating with external suppliers and OEM vendors.
