We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Procurement and Purchases Department . The successful applicant will be in charge of managing hardware and software COTS procurement for several projects.

WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?

As part of this challenge, you will coordinate purchasing activities for several projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction. Purchasing coordination for several projects, comprising:

• Need definition, purchase approvals.
• Provider selection, negotiating purchasing terms and conditions.
• Purchase Order placement and progress tracking.
• Goods-in side co-ordination: reception, incoming inspection, inventory, materials warehousing/release to production
• Reporting to project responsibles on purchase requests status
