Hands-On Electrical Manager Role

Lead electrical maintenance at Mt Seymour as the Electrical Manager. Oversee ski lifts and mountain electrical systems while ensuring compliance and team safety year-round.
This hands-on leadership position is key to maintaining Mt Seymour's electrical infrastructure. You will guide a team of electricians and apprentices while directly engaging in daily maintenance and operational activities. A strong commitment to safety and efficiency is crucial, especially in challenging outdoor conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor and supervise electricians and apprentices
• Plan daily and seasonal electrical workloads
• Manage maintenance and repair activities on ski lifts
• Lead electrical system upgrades and projects
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations
Requirements:
• Red Seal Electrician certification
• At least 5 years of experience as a ticketed electrician
• Supervisory experience in previous roles
• Class B FSR certification preferred
