Work Schedule/Set-up

• Monday – Saturday / Day shift
• Office and plant-based role with regular coordination across departments.

Responsibilities

• Perform chemical and sensory testing of food products.
• Consistently apply standard methods to ensure accurate and reproducible results.
• Conduct real-time stability testing to assess physicochemical and sensory properties for shelf-life determination.
• Coordinate third-party calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
• Calibrate weighing scales, thermometers, and pH meters.
• Manage inventories of QA supplies, lab equipment, glassware, media, and chemicals.
• Test retained samples as required.
• Use appropriate PPE and ensure safe handling and storage of chemicals and reagents.
