Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Halal Executive/Manager to lead and manage all halal-related functions in our F&B operations. This role is responsible for ensuring that all products, processes, and premises are fully compliant with JAKIM halal certification standards, Shariah requirements, and internal policies. The ideal candidate will act as the key liaison between the company and external authorities, ensuring the integrity of our halal assurance system across all outlets, central kitchen, and supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage halal certification applications, renewals, and audits for central kitchen, outlets, and products.
• Maintain a robust and effective Halal Assurance System (HAS) in line with MS1500:2019 standards.
