Under the guidance and direction of the Front Office Manager, the Gym Instructor ensures safety of guests and visitors of the gym. Maintains cleanliness, set-up and safety of the fitness center and attend to all guests' needs within the Recreation Department. 

• Lead a variety of fitness classess with a focus on maximizing member engagement and satisfaction. 
• Provide one on one or small group personal training sessions, tailoring workouts to meet individual client goals. Upsell personal training packages to enhance client results and drive revenue. 
• Proactively identify and promote opportunities for clients to upgrade to premium services, including advance fitness programs, nutritional coaching,and wellness pacakages. 
• Maintain Gym facilities according to set standards of order and cleanliness.
