Your role:
The Tour Representative ensures guests have a smooth and enjoyable holiday experience by assisting them during their stay and coordinating with local partners.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist guests during their stay at the destination
Conduct information / welcome meetings and provide essential travel guidance
Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and local partners
Handle guest issues and special requests professionally
Ensure high-quality service and smooth daily operations
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
Fluent in Polish language (additional languages are a plus)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
