Guest Services Agent (M/F)

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Guest Service Agent to join the team of Pestana Vila Sol Hotel.

The Pestana Hotel Group is the largest Portuguese hotel group with more than 100 hotels in 16 countries across three continents.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring and providing flawless, upscale, professional and high class guest service experiences
• Analyzing customer feedback and providing strategic direction to continuously improve overall rating
• Responding to guests needs and anticipating their unstated ones
• Promptly address guests’ requests
• Support in the Restaurant Welcoming
• Actively listen to and resolve complaints

Key Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Guest Relations Agent
• Understanding of service best practices
• Hands-on experience
• Proficiency in English;
