**Description:**
Park Hyatt Doha, a sophisticated 5-star luxury hotel located in the heart of Msheireb Downtown, is seeking a courteous, knowledgeable, and proactive Guest Service Officer – Concierge to join our Front Office team.
In this role, you will be the key point of contact for our guests, delivering personalized service, offering tailored recommendations, and ensuring each stay is smooth, memorable, and truly exceptional.
**Qualifications:**
+ Previous experience in Concierge, Guest Services, or Front Office within a 5-star hotel is highly preferred.
+ Proficiency in using property management and guest service systems (e.g., Opera, HotSOS).
+ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Strong local knowledge of Doha’s dining, entertainment, and cultural scene.
+ Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
+ Fluency in English is required; additional language skills (Arabic or others) are a strong advantage.
