Reid's Palace, A Belmond Hotel, Madeira is seeking for a passionate Guest Experience to ensure exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence and contributing to the creation of unforgettable moments for guests, colleagues, and the community.

The main responsibilities are:

• Management of e-mails sent by future clients and organisation of all requests made, including Spa, restaurants, excursions, experiences, transfers and other requests for information, following all the necessary steps
• Personalised service according to the needs and profile of each guest.
• Provide general information to guests about Madeira and the hotel, in an engaging way, both by email and in person.
• Booking of the various activities available for the guests.
• Booking and managing various exclusive experiences
• Guest departure assistance on excursions
• Propose new activities for customers whenever justified.
