What You’ll Do
Deliver exceptional guest service at every interaction, creating a welcoming and memorable environment for all guests.Assist with check-ins, reservations, and guest inquiries, both in person and via phone/email.Provide local knowledge and recommendations to enhance the guest experience on Dunghutti Country.Support the day-to-day operations of the park including administration, housekeeping, and basic maintenance tasks as required.Maintain high standards of presentation for guest areas and facilities.Work collaboratively with your team to ensure smooth park operations and guest satisfaction.Adhere to all workplace health and safety protocols and NRMA Parks & Resorts operational procedures.What You’ll Bring
