Purpose of the role is to be logistics process and system expert (super-user) for Global Travel Retail, as well as to be super-user for all processes and systems taking place in the European warehouse and logistics execution matters in the European side of the business. The successful applicant will be responsible for day-to-day work related to the systems in logistics operations including site systems performance, issue resolution, testing; to review, update and manage relevant processes and documents; develop insights and drive action plans for improvements.
