GTM Specialist

Devsinc is looking to hire a results-driven GTM Specialist/Strategist to join its outbound team within the Global B2B Sales and Business Development department, responsible for building and scaling a high-deliverability, compliant outbound engine that drives sales-qualified discovery calls, pipeline, and revenue from Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts, owning end-to-end strategy and execution, from ICPs, messaging, and deliverability to sequencing, analytics, and continuous optimization—while partnering closely with SDRs, AEs, Marketing, and Delivery teams.
Responsibilities:
GTM Segmentation
Build and execute outbound GTM strategies for high-growth verticals such as Manufacturing, Retail, Logistics, and eCommerce, developing persona-specific messaging aligned with Devsinc's core offerings including Staff Augmentation, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Mobile & Web Development, and Cybersecurity.
