About the Role

This is not an entry-level outbound role.

We're hiring a 

technically strong, systems-first GTM Engineer

who has 

extensively used Clay in an agency environment

and knows how to build, launch, and scale outbound campaigns across multiple client accounts.

You'll architect and run high-performance outbound systems for climate innovators, owning everything from data workflows to campaign execution, deliverability, and GTM infrastructure.

This role requires autonomy.

It's remote.

There's no hand-holding.

You'll be trusted to build, execute, and optimise without constant oversight.
