We're a fast-growing digital marketing agency looking for a
GTM Engineer
who knows how to
build and run outbound systems that actually book meetings,
not just send emails.
This is
not an entry-level role
. We're looking for someone who has
real results to show
and can own outbound from strategy to execution.
What you'll do
- Design and run outbound campaigns using
Smartlead, Instantly, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator - Build ICPs, lead lists, and personalization workflows
- Launch and optimize
cold email + LinkedIn outbound - Improve open rates, reply rates, and
booked meetings - Work directly with founders on GTM strategy
- Own
pipeline creation
for agency services
