ROLE OVERVIEW

We are hiring a Go‑To‑Market Automation Engineer to design, build, and operate the AI‑driven go‑to‑market automation layer that will scale and amplify our existing Marketing, Sales, and Success teams.

The initial focus is on best-in-class, scalable workflows using our current stack: n8n, HubSpot, and Fireflies, with scope to experiment with new tooling as requirements evolve.

OUTCOMES YOU WILL OWN

• Scale GTM workflows with AI automations underpinned by n8n to drive leads, revenue, and retention
• Maintain and own HubSpot workflows and data to align with sales, success, and marketing requirements
• Route real‑time signals from intent, conversations, and product usage into HubSpot
