- What you'll do:**Primary Function**:Ensure the temporary inventory for TJ Aerospace plant, meets with all Mexican Customs regulations with an import/export operation.This position is also responsible for maintaining and updating compliance regulatory requirements and procedures, to monitor all the obligations to maintain certifications such as AEO, VAT, IEPS, etc, as well as reporting metrics or KPIs of their operation in charge.
**Essential Functions**:1.
Assistance internal and/or external audits of trade compliance.2.
Ensure the full compliance with New Customs Regulations, Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) Classifications Skills USA/ Mexico, ITAR regulations, military license agreement, Free trade agreements, etc.3.
Analyze and Update Appendix 24 according with our ERP system.
