Job Description
- Access card management:
- Prepare & issue access card for new joiner, lost one,…
- Take photo for new joiners to create access card.
- Manage access right to common areas including: grant access, block access, terminate access,…
- Distribute access card to employee.
- HRS Administration:
- Daily perform scanning and saving employees’ e-file in systems.
- Documentation supports for e-file processes, training materials, meeting minutes.
- Weekly support on updating status related e-file management.
- Training coordinator:
- Support training organization (Pre – During – Post Training)
- Support BTC-AS projects, training events organized in Vietnam & Region (such as training material designing & delivery, send communication to stakeholders, support and guide visitors, participants...).
- Data maintenance & reporting by frequency (daily, weekly, monthly.....
