Growth Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Refer-a-Friend & Optin Program Manager to drive the strategy, execution, and optimization of our customer referral and drive users consent and engagement across all digital touchpoints. This includes, marketing programs across both our retail stores and digital platforms. This individual will be instrumental in expanding our customer base, increasing brand loyalty, and driving measurable revenue growth through these critical customer engagement channels.

Responsibilities: Refer-a-Friend Program Management

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the Refer-a-Friend program for our main products across channels, including setting clear objectives, KPIs, and success metrics.
