About the Role
Responsibilities
- Strengthen field execution and selling systems across the sales organization, including Zoho adoption, itinerary planning, visit prioritization, in-store diagnosis, and post-call follow-through.
- Design and operationalize the Hero Merchant program by identifying, acquiring, and scaling the highest-value merchants, with a goal of establishing 2 Hero Merchants per city producing ≥150 originations per month.
- Build and accelerate the merchant network expansion engine by supporting geographic expansion planning, merchant acquisition funnel execution, and field capacity deployment to ensure rapid, predictable growth in active merchants.
- Lead cross‑functional growth initiatives with Marketing, Sales Enablement, Promoter Operations, Merchant Operations, and Key Account teams to improve the drivers of average originations per store.
