About the Role

Forour client, an international private company headquartered in Switzerland, we are mandated to search for a: 
Group Tax Director  
Reporting directly to the Group CFO, this senior leadership role will play a pivotal role in optimizing the financial structure, ensuring robust funding, overseeing tax strategy across jurisdictions, and steering investment decisions aligned with the vision of the Group Main Responsibilities Tax Strategy & Compliance Develop, assess, and recommend international tax strategies that support the Group’s growth and profitability goals.  
Design and challenge business tax models across jurisdictions, with a special focus on complex and emerging markets (notably in Africa). 
Review and challenge existing business models to adjust to evolving tax environments and market approaches.
