About the Role

Group Tax Controller
Full Time Permanent Role

The Role
This is a key role in the Group Tax team working with the Group Head of Tax to enhance the tax control framework of the Group commensurate with Irish Revenue’s Cooperative Compliance Framework Standards. The role will involve:
Drafting governance documentation including policy guidance on the tax treatment of certain transactions in a manner that is understandable to non-tax colleagues.
Working with Finance and Tax Function colleagues to put in place a best-in-class tax control framework.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Taxhead Manuals & Policy Guidance
Tax Controls and Self ReviewsCreate and manage a tax risk register across all tax heads to mitigate risk.Conduct an Internal Audit standard programme of simulated Revenue intervention style self-reviews.
